🌐 Services
- Websites (WordPress + WooCommerce upgrades)
- Brand/design assets (logos + digital/print-ready files)
- Add-ons like SEO, content structure, and upgrades
💳 Payments
- Payment is required before work begins (unless agreed in writing).
- Maintenance subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- Failed payments may pause delivery/access until resolved.
✏️ Revisions
- Most website projects include up to 3 revision rounds (unless stated otherwise).
- Revisions = refinements, not full redesigns.
🔒 Hosting & Maintenance
- If your package includes maintenance/hosting, it covers hosting + critical updates/security.
- If you stop maintenance, you’ll need to manage updates/hosting yourself or transfer out.
🧾 Ownership
- Once paid in full, you own the delivered website/design files provided.
- Third-party tools (plugins/fonts/stock) keep their own licences.
- We may showcase finished work in our portfolio unless you request privacy in writing.
🌱 Sustainability
- We use eco-minded practices and green hosting where possible.
- 10% of website earnings are contributed to the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland.
⚠️ Liability
- Third-party platforms can change or have outages (WordPress/plugins/hosts).
- You’re responsible for the legality of your content and business claims.
- Where allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid.
